Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tasbih Counter Online website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

  • Service Description: The Service provides a free, online digital counter for tracking Dhikr and prayer recitations.
  • Age Restriction: By using this service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or are at least 13 years old and have parental/guardian permission to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfering with the proper operation of the Service, including placing an unreasonable load on the infrastructure.
  • Using automated means (bots, scraping tools, etc.) to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Service content.
  • Using the Service to transmit any abusive, harassing, illegal, or offensive material.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service, including the text, graphics, logos, website design, and the Tasbih Counter application itself, are the exclusive property of Tasbih Counter Online and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
  • The spiritual recitations and Dhikr phrases provided are for informational purposes. The intellectual rights to these Islamic phrases belong to the faith tradition and not to this Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tasbih Counter Online provides the Service on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the Service.

  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
  • The counter is provided as a tool to aid spiritual practice and should not be relied upon for any critical functions.
  • The Service is free, and you acknowledge that your use is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tasbih Counter Online or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  • Any content obtained from the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.  

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any new terms by posting them on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
